Southern Volunteering (SA) Inc is a not-for-profit organisation established in August 1984 and incorporated on 16 April 1985. Since our establishment in 1984 thousands of people have been interviewed and referred to volunteer positions. With a register of hundreds of volunteer involving organisations throughout the southern suburbs and the Fleurieu Peninsula, Southern Volunteering (SA) Inc supports the community through volunteer referrals, volunteer management support and training.

Our Services:

We provide information on volunteering opportunities and roles available in the southern suburbs of Adelaide, the Fleurieu Peninsula and Kangaroo Island.

We help not-for-profit organisations operating in the southern suburbs of Adelaide, Fleurieu Peninsula and Kangaroo Island with information, support and training relating to volunteers and volunteering.

Auspice of the Community Visitors Scheme – providing volunteers to Aged Care facilities to visit socially isolated residents on a one to one basis, providing friendship and companionship.
