The Fleurieu App Pty Ltd is the licensee of The Fleurieu App (from a third party platform, Local Independent Mobile Application, as a licensee of the Independent App Network (iAppNetwork)).
The Fleurieu App Pty Ltd provides online news and information services via The Fleurieu App for the Fleurieu Peninsula and Kangaroo Island.
For the avoidance of doubt, “Fleurieu App Content” covers any news or information services produced and published by The Fleurieu App including but not limited to news articles, feature stories and advertisements.
By continuing to access The Fleurieu App, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. Please check this page regularly so you are aware of any updates to our terms of use. If you do not agree with any of the terms, as updated or amended, please do not use the service.

All intellectual property rights in the Fleurieu App Content are owned by The Fleurieu App Pty Ltd. Fleurieu App Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only and the exploitation of such information without approval from The Fleurieu App director, is strictly prohibited.
You can share Fleurieu App Content in the format that it is published in.
You agree not to remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice or trademark on any Fleurieu App Content you access and use. You also agree not to use Fleurieu App Content in a way that implies endorsement by The Fleurieu App or any person included within the materials.
