Aldinga Library will host an Advance Care Directive (ACD) Workshop with Southern Vales Compassionate Community on Wednesday 30 November.

An ACD empowers you to make clear legal arrangements for your future health care, end of life, preferred living arrangements and other personal matters.

Find out how to make your wishes known using this important legal form.

The workshop will offer the resources and assistance needed to understand how to complete an ACD.

It is not an event where already completed ACDs can be witnessed or certified. 

The free information session will run from 10am to 12.30pm. Bookings essential via Eventbrite.
