Aldinga library will host five free wellbeing sessions for seniors, to encourage active ageing in the region.
Designed by older people for older people, these free practical and interactive sessions aim to help seniors make positive changes.
Anyone aged over 60 who wants to live their best life is welcome to join in,
The first two sessions will be on Wednesday 8 and 15 December from 1pm to 3pm.
Find out more about eating to age well in session one and gain the latest information on food for ageing well.
Discuss common dietary issues and find resources to create new eating habits.
Session two will look into moving well, sharing up-to-date information on exercise for ageing well.
It will discuss common movement issues and locate resources to improve every day activity.
