Police are asking for public assistance to help identify a man wanted for property damage to the Aldinga Beach McDonalds restaurant last week.

Police were called to the McDonalds restaurant on Pridham Boulevard, Aldinga Beach at 12.30am on Sunday 21 August after reports someone had just smashed several windows and ran off.

When patrols arrived they found the front and side windows and a door had been smashed with a hammer. 

Police searched the area but could not locate the male suspect. 

He is described as being aged in his 20s with a medium to heavy build dark coloured hair and a moustache.  He was wearing a hooded jumper with tracksuit pants and glasses.
