With eight rounds left in the Alexandra & Eastern Hills Cricket Association (AEHCA) ‘A’ grade season, reigning premier Nairne are favourites to go back-to-back as they sit three games clear on top of the ladder at the Christmas break. Woodside, Langhorne Creek, Lobethal, Strathalbyn and Hahndorf are battling it out for the final three places in the top-four. Bremer/Callington started the season well with two wins in the first four rounds, but have lost their past six games, while Macclesfield have done well to win two games in their first season back in ‘A’ grade ranks. 

The season resumes on Saturday 8 January.
