Do you have a view on the Alexandrina Council’s draft annual business plan and budget?

If you would like to get your view across in person, the Council’s new CEO, Nigel Morris, will be conducting a series of Q & A sessions with residents on Wednesday June 15.

You can also make a presentation at a public council meeting to be held at the Goolwa Council Chambers at 5pm on Tuesday June 14.

You can also view the draft plan and make an online submission.

Submissions will close on at 5pm on Friday June 17.

The proposed rate increase for next financial year has been set at 6.2%.

The Sugars Beach upgrade, Goolwa Wharf, Strathalbyn Dog Park and Beacon 19 boat ramp improvement are some of the projects included in the draft plan.

The next Local Government Election is due to be held in November this year.
