The Fringe show An Evening with the Vegetarian Librarian will transpose to the afternoon at Victor Harbor library this Saturday 21 October.
Written and performed by Tracy Crisp and directed by Maggie Wood, this free performance has been sponsored by the Friends of the Victor Harbor library.
She might be a vegetarian, but she's also the Gen X meat in the inter-generational sandwich of the modern workplace.
A mostly true, slightly made-up tale of thwarted ambition, underachievement, and a funeral in a library, this show is a meditation on reading and an ode to life before the device.
It began life as a stand-up comedy piece many years ago at the Edinburgh Fringe and eventually evolved into Tracy Crisp’s third full theatre performance.
The free 60 minute show starts at 1pm; reserve a place via Eventbrite.
