Police are investigating the theft of rare and valuable antiques from a house in Strathalbyn last month.

Sometime between 15 and 29 September, a house was broken into and numerous antiques were stolen, including 16th century Japanese and Chinese swords, war medals, copper pots and pans, a Flintlock longarm with mother-of-pearl detail and a brass dragon vase.
