Onkaparinga Libraries will host South Australian rural romance author Léonie Kelsall for a chat about her new novel, The Farm at Peppertree Crossing.
The story follows city girl Roni, who is given the chance to turn her life around when she’s bequeathed a large property in rural South Australia.
But there is a catch; she has to complete a series of unusual tasks before ownership will be transferred to her.
Léonie grew up in rural South Australia – initially on the Fleurieu Peninsula and later on a farm near the Murray River.
She now divides her time between her professional counselling practice in the Adelaide Hills, and the farm where she grew up.
The talk will be on Tuesday 4 August between 2pm and 3pm. Register online via Eventbrite.
