Kangaroo Island council will temporarily close the Baudin Beach boat ramp from Monday 16 October for a major upgrade.

The work is expected to take approximately three weeks and the boat ramp will not be accessible to the public for the entire period.

Baudin Beach is on the Dudley Peninsula on the north coast of the island and the closest alternative boat ramps are located at Christmas Cove and American River.

The council has apologised for any inconvenience and will provide progress updates on its website.
