City of Onkaparinga’s summer holiday beach ramp season runs from mid-December to late January and is now open for applications.

Not-for-profit community groups and sporting clubs in the council area can apply to collect beach ramp fees from drivers who access the foreshore with vehicles.

Vehicle access beach ramps are located at Aldinga, Moana, Silver Sands and Sellicks beaches, where vehicles have been permitted to drive on sections of the foreshore since 1975.

The ramps will open from 9am to 5pm, weather permitting, on weekdays from Monday 15 December 2025 to Monday 26 January 2026 and on weekends from Saturday 13 December 2025 until Monday 9 March 2026.
