The annual Australian Surf Movie Festival reaches the Fleurieu next Friday 16 December.

Back in 2002, Tim Bonython decided to bring back the good old days and go on the road to show surf movies in pubs and clubs.

With the support of Quicksilver, the idea became a reality and the Australian Surf Movie Festival was born. 

The Australian Surf Movie Festival aims to bring surf movies to a wider audience, to share a passion and love.

All films are directed and produced in-house by Tim Bonython Productions.

This year’s tour, The Big Wave Project II, will show at the City of Onkaparinga Arts Centre from 7pm to 9pm.
