The body of a man missing off Milang since last Friday has been located.

Police Water Operations Unit officers on jetskis and Sea Rescue Squadron members on a hovercraft resumed the search of Lake Alexandrina this morning for the 31-year-old man from Brahma Lodge, who went missing on Friday 27 November.

Just after 11am Sea Rescue Squadron members on a hovercraft found the man's body among reeds off Lake Reserve Road at Mulgundawa about 25kms east of Milang.

Detectives from Victor Harbor CIB will now prepare a report for the Coroner.  There are no suspicious circumstances.

Police wish to thanks all the local volunteers that assisted in the search in the last week.
