Spring is around the corner; pollen is in the air and so are the bees, so it’s time to look into their hives.

The Strath Neighbourhood Centre will host a free workshop for people interested in backyard beekeeping on Saturday 20 August.

Experienced and knowledgeable local bee keepers will be on hand to give advice on flow hives, collecting swarms, hive health and harvesting honey.
