A boy has been arrested following a break-in at Noarlunga Centre Thursday.

Just after 9am on Thursday 19 October, staff discovered a break-in at a pizza shop on Dyson Road. A silver Kia sedan belonging to the business was also stolen.

About an hour later, police received reports of a silver car driving around a school oval at Semaphore Park. Checks on the registration showed it was the stolen Kia.

Police searched the area and later located the stolen Kia at Florey Street, Seaton.

As a result of investigations, a 13-year-old boy from Hallett Cove was arrested and charged with serious criminal trespass, property damage, illegal use of a motor vehicle and unlawful possession. He was bailed to appear in the Port Adelaide Youth Court on 17 November.
