Police are investigating a crash at Mount Compass on New Year’s Day and are requesting dashcam footage from any drivers in the area.
About 1.40pm on Tuesday 1 January, police were called to Victor Harbor Road at Mount Compass after an orange 2000 ZX600J Kawasaki motorcycle and a dark blue Tesla collided.
The motorbike rider, a 38-year-old man from Hindmarsh Valley, suffered non life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment. The driver of the Tesla was uninjured.
The motorbike was being ridden south on Victor Harbor Road at an excessive speed when it collided into the car.
