First Semi-Final (3.00pm Saturday 31 August @ Strathalbyn)

Victor Harbor start their quest for a fourth consecutive premiership when they take on Willunga in the double chance semi-final at Strathalbyn tomorrow. Victor are undefeated this season, as they were in 2018, so they will be full of confidence going into this game. Willunga can go into this contest with a ‘nothing to lose’ approach and throw everything at the Victor Harbor lineup and who knows what might happen. Goolwa face off against McLaren Vale in the knockout final. Goolwaa can draw on their recent finals experience having made the Grand Final last season. McLaren Vale have made great improvements this season after finishing in sixth position in 2018. I expect Goolwa’s finals experience may get them over the line in a tight one.
