Police are investigating a serious crash at Penneshaw last night.

Just before 8pm on Friday 5 May, police and emergency services were called to the intersection of Cape Willoughby Road and Charing Cross Road after a white Ford utility had rolled over.

The driver and passenger of the vehicle, a 28-year-old male and 22-year-old male were injured in the crash and were flown to the Adelaide with serious injuries. There injuries are not considered life threatening at this time.

Kangaroo Island police will continue to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
