Emergency services responded to Carrickalinga yesterday after a four-wheel-drive crashed through a house.
Just before 1.30pm on Saturday 10 February, a brand-new Nissan Patrol was parked on a hill overlooking Carrickalinga.
The unattended car rolled downhill through a reserve and collided with a house on Elizabeth Crescent, exiting out the other side, off the balcony and landing in the front yard.
Luckily, there was no one inside the car or house at the time and there were no injuries reported. The house sustained significant damage.
CFS and SES members attended to shore up the structure, which is reported to contain asbestos.
