Microchipping is the insertion of a permanent electronic identification device into an animal. Each microchip has a unique number which provides permanent identification and lifetime registration for your pet with Global Micro Animal Registry.
The South Australian Government made microchipping for pets compulsory in 2018.
Close to 41,000 South Australian pets have been microchipped through the Chipblitz program since November 2015.
