The yarn group that meets in the Victor Harbor library every Wednesday morning has plans to bring some colourful Christmas cheer to 2020.
The group will decorate the trunks of some of the trees around the library with knitting and crochet in the Christmas colours of red, green, white, cream, gold and silver.
The local community is invited to contribute to this by making squares in any shade of these colours and in any pattern, plain or decorated.
The squares can be either six inch or three inch and can be dropped into the library front counter by the last week of November.
If this is not possible the Yarners can arrange collection.
Everyone is very welcome to join this friendly happy, creative group in the library on a Wednesday morning, from 10am till 12noon
