Preliminary Final (Clarendon v Aldinga @ Port Noarlunga)
Reigning premier Clarendon have won their way into yet another Grand Final with an eight-goal win over a brave Aldinga outfit in the Preliminary Final at Port Noarlunga on Saturday. The final score was 36-28. These teams had met twice during the minor round with the ledger square at one win each but Clarendon would’ve gained plenty of confidence after defeating the Sharks by 26 goals the last time they met in round 12. Aldinga were coming off a tough win over Meadows in the knockout semi-final while Clarendon had gone down by just three goals to minor premier Pulse last week. Clarendon proved just a bit too experienced in finals and ended Aldinga’s season to set up a rematch of the 2018 Grand Final against Pulse at Kangarilla on Saturday. The game starts at 3.15pm and should be an absolute cracker!
