Community groups can unleash their potential and turn vision into action by joining Community Upskill workshops designed for community groups like yours.

The program is offered by Regional Development Australia in partnership with Leaders Institute. 

The first workshop, Getting Things Done, will be held on Wednesday 18 October at Strathalbyn Lutheran Hall.

It will cover:

• Expressing an idea and its impact.
• Transforming big ideas into actionable project plans.
• Streamlining task organisation.
• Clarifying goals and charting a clear path forward.
• Boosting communication, connections and actions for effective fundraising.

There will also be an opportunity to discuss community projects with fellow participants for further feedback and inspiration.

The full day workshop will run from 9.30am to 5pm and the cost is $33, which includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
