The City of Victor Harbor has begun its 2025 community satisfaction survey, which will be conducted throughout February and March.

Independent market research company NewFocus will carry out the survey, contacting people who have been chosen at random, by phone.

The survey looks at council services and facilities and asks for individual opinion on how important the service is to them and how satisfied they are with service delivery.

The council says the survey helps it to recognise strengths and areas of improvement.

Its results contribute to future planning by identifying issues of high priority for the City of Victor Harbor community and will be made public.

NewFocus also conducted the 2022 and 2023 surveys; the results can be viewed on the council website. There was no survey in 2024.
