Police are investigating a crash at Finnis.

Just after 10.30am, Wednesday 12 January, patrols and paramedics were called to Alexandrina Road after a Ford sedan and a Mazda SUV crashed head-on.

The driver and sole occupant of the Ford, a 66-year-old man from Strathalbyn, was taken to the Flinders Medical Centre. The driver of the Mazda, a 51-year-old from Hahndorf, was taken to the Flinders Medical Centre while his passenger, a 51-year-old woman also from Hahndorf, was airlifted to the Flinders Medical Centre.

Alexandrina Road was closed for several hours but has since reopened to all traffic.

None suffered life threatening injuries and investigations are continuing.
