YouTubers Jason Moore and Jamie Ramzan will start a four-day, 500km cycle trek for mental health from Goolwa tomorrow, Wednesday 28 December.
Alexandrina Mayor Keith Parkes will send off the riders, who run the channel Bunyip Adventures, from Richard Ballard Park at 8.15am.
The pair will raise awareness and money for the youth mental health charity Talk Out Loud.
By pushing themselves, they aim to demonstrate that pushing through adversity can lead to beautiful results.
On the first leg their ride will take them through Milang, Wellington and Meningie, around Lake Alexandrina to a camp site by the Coorong.
Then it is on to Kingston SE, Beachport and Millicent, before finishing in Mount Gambier on New Year’s Eve.
A film crew will follow the journey to showcase the region and create a five-part documentary.
