A man was arrested after allegedly damaging property at Seaford on Sunday.
Police were called to a Seaford address about 6.45am on Sunday 7 August by a report a window had been smashed by a projectile.
The damage appeared to have been caused by a sling shot.
Fortunately, the female occupant and her three children who were home at the time were not injured.
It is understood that the people involved are known to each other and this was allegedly an incident of domestic violence.
Following investigations, a 41-year-old Delamere man was arrested yesterday and charged with property damage, stalking, possess a prohibited weapon and contravene an intervention order.
He was also charged with trafficking in a large commercial quantity of a controlled drug after he was allegedly found in possession of a quantity of magic mushrooms.
He was refused police bail and appeared in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court yesterday.
Police warn they will not tolerate domestic violence and will take every action available to protect victims.
