City of Victor Harbor has launched a guide to its public art so residents and visitors can follow a trail of the town’s murals, sculptures, mosaics and installations.
The council says public art is accessible to all and enhances the town’s shared places, telling stories and helping shape community identity.
Victor Harbor’s public art celebrates local landscapes, Ngarrindjeri and Ramindjeri culture, maritime heritage and community spirit.
The art trail showcases 24 diverse artworks in and around the town, from the Granite Island Causeway to Railway Terrace, the Esplanade and Kleinig’s Hill.
The guide to the trail can be found online, where a printable copy can also be downloaded.
