Police are investigating the theft of a distinctive Holden ute from Sellicks beach during the weekend.

Sometime between 3.45pm and 5.30pm on Sunday 17 September, a white 1975 Holden HJ ute was stolen from a shed at Main South Road along with various parts for the vehicle.

The ute is quite distinctive and has a registration of SLF811. It was involved in a petrol drive-off about 5.30pm on the same day at Port Road, Aldinga.
