A man has been arrested after being caught drink-driving in a stolen car.
It will be alleged that just before 8pm on Saturday 29 June, police were called to a fast food restaurant on Commercial Road after reports of an abusive customer in the drive-through area.
Police found a Holden ute in the drive-through area. Checks revealed the car had been stolen from a Bridgewater address last week.
The driver, a 32-year-old Seaford Heights man was charged with illegal use of a motor vehicle and drink-driving, after he returned a positive breath test of 0.065.
He was bailed to appear in court at a later date.
