A woman has been reported for drink driving after she ran from a collision at Aldinga.
About 10pm Wednesday 4 December, patrols responded to reports a Toyota Camry sedan had collided with road work signs on Main South Road at Aldinga. Witnesses reported seeing a woman run from the vehicle.
Patrols located the woman nearby with a road worker and she was submitted to a breath test, returning a positive reading of 0.100. Driving licence checks revealed her licence had expired.
The woman, a 29-year-old from Reynella, was reported for drink driving and driving unlicensed. Her vehicle was impounded for 30 days, and she was issued with a disqualification notice preventing her from holding a licence for 6 months.
