Police are seeking assistance from the public to identify a witness to an incident at Aldinga Beach last night.

About 6.50pm on Thursday 25 January, police witnessed a black Ford sedan overtake another vehicle in a careless manner on Rowley Road. The driver of the Ford was stopped and spoken to.

A 17-year-old boy from Seaford Rise was reported and will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.

Police are looking to identify the driver of the vehicle that was overtaken and described it as a grey/silver utility which was towing a trailer and travelling south at the time.

The driver is asked to make contact with police via 131 444 and quote reference #23209 as they may be able to assist in the investigation.
