State Traffic Enforcement Officers have today seized two bikes being illegally ridden in Seaford.

At 3.30pm on Monday 1 December police spoke with the riders of a modified mountain bike and an electric pit bike on Grand Boulevard Seaford.

The bikes which should not be ridden on a road were seized and the rider of the mountain bike, 14- year-old boy from O’Sullivan Beach and the rider of the pit bike a 17-year -old boy from Port Noarlunga South have been reported for ride unlicenced, unregistered, uninsured and fail to wear a motorcycle helmet.

Both bikes were impounded and towed from the scene.
