Dudley United won their third game of the season following an 87-point victory over Parndana during round nine action in the Kangaroo Island Football League (KIFL) yesterday. The Eagles won 18.19 (127) to 6.4 (40) with 400-gamer Clayton Willson kicking nine goals for Dudley United. Other good players for the Eagles included Keenan Jacobs, Trae Lovering, Rory Florance and Chris Denholm. Colton Trethewey kicked five goals to be named best for the Roosters and he was well supported by Jaan Kuchel, Eli Kuchel, Henry Napier and Trad McMulkin.
Wisanger won their sixth game of the season with a 108-point win against reigning premier Kingscote. The Panthers led by 66 points at halftime, before kicking 10 goals to four in the second half to win 21.14 (140) to 4.8 (32). Ezra Foster kicked five goals in a best-on-ground performance for Wisanger and he was well supported by Liam Sampson, Luke Shurven, Nick Shurven and Brodee Williams. Lachie Ingerson kicked three goals for Kingscote, while their best players were Thomas Mitchell, Rory Lovering, Paul Green, Jacob Spark and Brady Christophers.
Western Districts had the bye.
