Dudley United kept the pressure on for a top-two finish after a comprehensive 131-point win against Parndana during round 12 action in the Kangaroo Island Football League (KIFL) at Penneshaw yesterday. The Eagles had 10 different goalkickers as they won 24.18 (162) to 4.7 (31) with Sam Willson leading the way with six goals. Joining Willson in the best players for Dudley United included Tait Florance, Jack Packer, Sam Howard and Matthew Houchin. Best players for Parndana were Zach Trethewey, Isaac Trethewey (2 goals), Trad McMulkin, Eli Kuchel and Ethan Trethewey.
Western Districts kept their undefeated streak going with a 38-point win at Kingscote yesterday. The Saints won every quarter on their way to a 12.13 (85) to 7.5 (47) victory. Bradley Crabb (4), Oscar Morgan (3) and Caleb Whittle (2) were the leading goalkickers for Western Districts, while Declan Hardy-Corby kicked two goals for Kingscote. Henry Hammatt was named best for Western Districts with support from Dylan Lockett, Caleb Whittle, Jordan Whittle and Morgan. Kingscote was best served by Frank Colman, Jordan Connell, Riley Puckridge, Lachie Ingerson and Brady Christophers.
