The Milang Institute will host the Earth Wind and Fibre Fair on the King’s Birthday long weekend, Saturday and Sunday 10 and 11 June, from 10am to 4pm.

A celebration of all things yarn, the fair is run by the Milang Fibre Art Group and will feature weaving, knitting, needle felting, beading and many more crafts.

There will be plenty to see and do, with demonstrations from rug makers, knitters and Ngarrindjeri weavers.

Fleeces, homespun wool and equipment will be on sale, and there will be exhibitions of beanies and glasswork.

Light lunches and refreshments will be catered by Karyn Bradford, Artisans at Heart, with vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free options.
