Entries are now open for the City of Onkaparinga’s 2022 Surf Art exhibition, with a $2000 prize and $500 People’s Choice Award on offer.

The Surf Art Exhibition marks the beginning of summer and has become one of the pivotal features of the annual program at the Arts Centre Port Noarlunga.

The Exhibition displays works which celebrate the ocean and surfing culture, our stunning coastal environments and beach side lifestyle as key themes.

The Surf Art Exhibition is open to all Australian artists. Entries are free and close on Friday 11 November.

Artists can enter up to two works which must have been completed in the 12 months prior to December 2022.

All selected entries will be exhibited at the Port Noarlunga Arts Centre from 9 December to 30 January 2023.

The Surf Art Christmas Market will be held on one day only, in conjunction with the Surf Art Exhibition, on Sunday 11 December from 10am to 4pm.

Stalls will be placed in the performance centre of the Noarlunga Arts Centre Port Noarlunga, and the adjacent garden.
