Anyone interested in electric vehicles is invited to a meet-up next Sunday 30 March at Bungala Park in Normanville.

The new Shark BYD hybrid ute will be on show at the meet-up from 2pm to 4pm.

Organisers say it is an ideal vehicle for tradespeople and farmers and is the first lower priced hybrid of its kind.

The event is both for owners of EVs and hybrid vehicles and those keen to find out more about them.

At the close of the meet-up there will be a convoy to the nearby Hobart wreck site.

The group meets monthly at locations across the Fleurieu.
