The Victor Harbor Yacht Club will hold a Come & Try day this weekend, offering an opportunity to get out on the water.

Anyone who wants to try sailing or operating a power boat can have that chance on Saturday 23 October from 10am until 3pm, weather permitting.

Potential sailors can take to the water with an experienced sailor in a Pacer dinghy or another of the boats sailed at the club. 

There is no cost and safety equipment will be provided.

It’s a good idea to take a change of clothing because there is a good chance you will get wet.

Following the sailing experience the club will provide information about its next learn to sail course and offer refreshments in the clubrooms.
