A driver has died following a serious crash at Meadows on Sunday morning.
About 2am Sunday 22 June, police and emergency services responded to Morris Road at Meadows after reports that a car had collided with a tree.
The driver of the Toyota ute, a 28-year-old man from the Mid North, sustained life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Sadly, the man has since died.
The passenger of the ute, a 47-year-old man from Meadows, was seriously injured and remains in hospital.
Morris Road was closed while Major Crash investigators examined the scene, however, has since re-opened.
The driver's death is the 38th life lost on South Australian roads this year.
