The 2021 Fleurieu Beer Festival was filled with craft beer enthusiasts as the Willunga Recreation Park celebrated the region’s largest gathering of local breweries. 

The event, the follow up to the popular inaugural festival attracted an expanded line-up of ten breweries. Festival-goers enjoyed a smorgasbord of the Fleurieu’s finest beer, wine, food and entertainment.

Guests enjoyed the surroundings of the picturesque Willunga Recreation Park, while raising essential funds for the redevelopment of the park’s facilities. 

A range of crowd-pleasing beverages from South Coast Brewing Co, Vale Ale, Shifty Lizard Brewing Co, Swell Brewing Co, Goodieson Brewery, Smiling Samoyed, Victor’s Place, Mephisto Brewing Co, Forktree Brewing and Moana Brewing quenched the thirst of attendees. 

For Event Coordinator, Heather Williams the 2021 festival was a great success with conversations already beginning about its return.

“The interest in the festival and the Willunga community has been unprecedented. We are so grateful for the support of the community and the incredible businesses and entertainers who took part. We can’t wait to grow the festival next year, Heather says. 

The Fleurieu Beer Festival is part of an umbrella of locally produced and run events designed to raise funds for the Willunga community.
