Adelaide Oval has announced it will stock Fleurieu Milk Company (FMC)  flavoured milks this season.

FMC General Manager Nick Hutchinson says the Myponga-based company, is thrilled to be heading to South Australia’s home of sport and major events.

“There is nothing better than the start of the footy season and this year will be even greater when we see fans supporting their teams and also a line-up of iconic SA food and beverage brands,” he says.

“We are thrilled to partner with Adelaide Oval in what is our most significant commercial partnership to date and it means so much to have their support, alongside SA footy fans on gameday.”

Fleurieu Milk Company will be joined by the likes of Nippy’s and food suppliers such as Sushi Hiro as Adelaide Oval levels up its food and beverage offering for the 2024 AFL Season.

Driven by a shared passion for a sustainable future, Adelaide Oval and Fleurieu Milk Company will also implement Circular economy Milk kegs across the venue.

“We aim to advance sustainability initiatives and reduce single-use plastics, leading the path to a more environmentally friendly tomorrow,” Nick Hutchinson says.

“The process eliminates single-use plastic, with each 18-litre keg replacing nine two-litre plastic milk bottles. 

“With each keg having a 10-year lifespan, our customers will eliminate the need for 7,000 single-use plastic bottles over a keg’s lifespan.

“That’s just one keg, and as one plastic bottle can take up to 450 years to break down, this is a real gamechanger.”

Adelaide Oval CEO Nick Addison says the venue is excited to have Fleurieu Milk as part of its line-up for the 2024 AFL season.
