Nominations are open for the 2024 Fleurieu women’s community awards, which celebrate International Women’s Day.

The awards are organised by the Victor Harbor VIEW Club in conjunction with Finniss MP David Basham. 

This year’s awards will be presented at the annual breakfast event on Friday 8 March at the Encounter Bay football club, with guest speaker Lainie Anderson.

The awards recognise women who make an outstanding contribution in the local community or have inspired others through their achievements.

There are three categories: Young female ambassador, Community volunteer and Inspirational Business women.

Nomination forms are available from Mr Basham’s electorate office, 71 Victoria Street, Victor Harbor, or can be requested via email or online.  

Tickets for the breakfast event are available until Friday 1 March via Trybooking.
