For those keen to get moving outdoors, but needing some encouragement to start, the City of Victor Harbor will offer free exercise classes in February and March.
They will be run by the council’s Active Wellbeing team and led by group fitness instructor Vicki Evans for ages 16+.
Based around the outdoor fitness equipment at Muwerang/Kent Reserve, the classes offer the benefits of fresh air and nature as well as exercise.
The 45 minute classes will run each Tuesday morning and Thursday afternoon from 4 February to 27 March. Bookings are essential online.
