Gardening Australia presenter Sophie Thompson will return to Kangaroo Island this week for a series of free garden workshops and question and answer sessions.
Workshop topics will focus on microclimates and the importance of shade, shelter and reducing radiant heat.
All are welcome and the talks are supported by Junction Australia, and Country SA Primary Health Network.

Microclimates – The importance of shade, shelter and reducing radiant heat when starting a patch from scratch and prioritising the establishment of windbreaks to create shelter to protect subsequent plantings.
