Free workshops will be offered by Regional Development Australia to members of community groups who want to develop their skills.

The first community upskill workshop will be held on Wednesday 11 May from 6pm to 8.30pm.

The series of workshops have been designed by Regional Development Australia Adelaide to help community groups to fulfil their potential.

They will cover legal structures; good governance and effective meetings; developing and costing project plans; and whether crowdfunding is a good option.

The series will be facilitated by Non Profit Training and held online to make it easy for people around the Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu and Kangaroo Island region to attend.
