Police are investigating a suspicious fire at Seaford and are asking members of the public for assistance.
About 9.15am Friday 28 November, police and fire crews responded to reports of a waste compactor fire outside Seaford Shopping Centre. Clothing inside the centre was damaged by smoke and the compactor was subsequently destroyed.
Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the fire and ask anyone in the vicinity of the shops on Friday morning, who may have witnessed any suspicious behaviour, to come forward.
