South Australian heritage conservation grants aim to breathe new life into heritage buildings across the state.
This program funds conservation works with benefits including adaptive reuse of historic buildings, support for heritage trades, and support for State Heritage Places in rural and urban areas.
There are three funding categories:
Before lodging a grant application, applicants must seek professional advice from a heritage adviser such as Heritage SA, local councils, or private contractors.
Grants of between $1,000 and $20,000 are available, with a1:1 co-contribution required.
