The line-up for this year’s Handpicked Festival has proved popular, with organisers declaring tickets were sold out on Friday 23 May only a few days after first going on sale.
One of state’s most beloved boutique music festivals, Handpicked Festival will return to Lake Breeze Wines in Langhorne Creek on Saturday 8 November.
The massive all-Australian line-up features by hip hop heavyweights Hilltop Hoods, folk-blues icon Xavier Rudd and powerhouse vocalist Meg Mac.
This year will see the biggest line-up in the event’s 11-year history, with the headliners joined by The Rubens, Hot Dub Time Machine, Mia Wray, Marlon and emerging indie-pop sensation Lotte Gallagher.
“Handpicked fans can expect nothing less than magic this year,” says festival organiser Kate Cooper. “We’re beyond excited to welcome this line-up to our backyard – and this is only the beginning.”
The Festival combines music, wine, and scenery into a one-of-a-kind experience. Guests can sip award-winning local wines, relax with gourmet food truck eats, wander through the enchanted cocktail forest, and settle in under the stars for an intimate yet world-class festival atmosphere.
“Handpicked is where boutique meets festival,” said Kate. “It’s live music, incredible wines, curated food, and stunning scenery – without the chaos.”
This year also marks the launch of Wine Down Weekend, an initiative encouraging guests to make the most of the Langhorne Creek region with local accommodation, winery visits, and restaurant experiences across the entire weekend.
“Handpicked has always been about more than just music. We want people to stay, explore, and soak up everything Langhorne Creek has to offer,” Kate says.
